Pediatric and Family Nutrition

As both a mother and a dietitian, I understand the joy, concerns, and deep responsibility that comes with feeding children. Feeding is a complex process—one that requires trust, thoughtful inquiry, problem solving, and close collaboration with a child’s support system. I take a practical approach that focuses on meeting nutritional needs while honoring the individual and protecting the relationships we build through the feeding process.

I have been a practicing dietitian for 30 years. Although much of my experience during the past 20 years has been dedicated to working with children and families, I also work with young adults and support adults with weight management and shifting nutrition needs that come with aging.
